Get-Together: time to have more?

On Friday, Feb 24, we finally had people over to our place. It was fun and enjoyable. There wasn't a lot of people, just a few family members. But it was the first time we really entertained people. We made pizza and bread-sticks , then plated some games. It was getting late before people went home. Then we stayed up even later with one of my little cousins that stayed the night. It was really fun to have more people over at our house and we are going to try and do it more often. But I finally understand why people have others bring stuff to these little get-togethers. We just had someone bring the dough and got the rest. Not the best choice to keep the wallet full. But as time goes on we are learning and having fun doing it.

Starting Out

We have been married for a little over a month now and we are on our own. We are still getting adjusted to our new 2 bedroom place, but since we spend most of our time up in Orem still, it's like we are coming home to a little bit of a foreign place each time. But we are loving being together and having each other to look out for.

We have spent a lot of time visiting our families. We are even in Idaho for a baby blessing. It has been great to be around everyone and to know that we are loved. We have lots of people around us that have helped us and we are super glad for it. Thank you everyone that helped with the wedding and reception, it really was great!
